Calling All People-Pleasers!

For years, I struggled with self-doubt, over-giving, and the constant need to make others happy—often at my own expense.

As a widowed parent, I carried the weight of trying to do everything right, always putting others first while second-guessing myself.

It wasn’t until I did the deep work of building self-trust, setting boundaries, and letting go of perfectionism that I finally felt free.

Now, as a Life Coach, I see so many people facing the same struggle. They worry about disappointing others, feel guilty for saying no, and overthink every decision. They want to break free from people-pleasing but don’t know how.

That’s why I’ve refined my coaching focus.

I help recovering people-pleasers trust themselves, set boundaries, and say no with confidence.

I want to support those who are ready to stop second-guessing and start prioritizing themselves—without guilt or fear.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
